Hostel Policies
Check-in and Check-out Policy:
- 1. The standard check-in time is 01:00 PM, and the standard check-out time is 11:00 AM.
- 2. Early Check-in and Late Check-Out is subject to availability and discretion of the property.
- 3. However, guests are welcome to use the common areas during this time.
- 4. The identification proofs accepted are Passport, Aadhar Card, Driving License and Voter ID card. PAN Card is not accepted as a valid ID Card.
- 5. Specific policies may apply to different hostels at specific times of the year and the same shall be communicated at the time of check-in.
- 6. In case of 3 or 4 people traveling together, please note that we do not guarantee accommodation in the same dorm room. That will strictly be subject to availability until the time of check-in.
- 7. Payment modes accepted at our hostels include Cash, Debit Card, Credit Card, and UPIs.
- 8. All foreign guests must produce a valid physical passport with a visa upon check-in. Guests without the required documents will not be allowed to check-in and the reservation will be non-refundable.
- 9. Guests under 18 years of age are allowed to check in with their legal guardians in a private room or when their legal guardians have reserved the entire dorm unit.
- 10. If the child's age is above 7 years, an extra charge of Rs.600 (Inclusive of taxes) (per night) will be applicable. This charge is for one child and includes an extra bed/mattress.
- 11. Right to admission is reserved.
Cancellation Policy:
- 1. All cancellations, if informed 7 days or 168 hours prior to the check-in time, shall be eligible for a 100% refund. In case cancellations happen within 7 days or 168 hours of the check-in time, there wouldn't be ANY refund and will attract 100% cancellation charges.
- 2. Bookings created within this 7-day or 168 hours period are also non-refundable.
- 3. Guests have the option to modify their reservation free of charge up to 7 Days or 168 hours prior to the check-in time.
- 4. The reservation can only be modified once, and refunds will be processed within 7 working days.
- 5. If the guest doesn’t show up they will be charged the total price of the reservation.
- 6. Early Departures are non-refundable.
- 7. For bookings made through third-party platforms such as Booking.com, MMT, Goibibo, Agoda, etc., guests must contact the respective platform for cancellations. ArtBuzz will not handle such requests.
- 8. Bookings of more than 1 night, the entire stay will be considered as one booking, and the cancellation policy will apply from the check-in date or time.
- 9. The reservations made for hostel stays cannot be shifted from one location to another. If the reservation is eligible for free cancellation, then we'll assist in cancelling the reservation and initiate a refund for the same from our end. The guest can then proceed to make the reservation for the desired location.
- 10. Any and all cancellation requests are attended to by the central team. To cancel your booking, kindly write to them at reservation@artbuzz.in. Please make sure to mention your reservation ID and all relevant details in the same email.
Extension Policy:
- 1. If the guest wishes to extend their stay at any hostel then availing a reservation will be subject to availability.
- 2. The room will be provided at the current rates listed on our website and not as per the rates at which the previous booking was made.
Pet Policy:
- 1. Pets are allowed at all hostels provided the guest books a private room. Pets are not allowed inside the dorm rooms.
- 2. Any pets brought onto the premises will be free of charge.
- 3. The guests are fully responsible for their pets and ArtBuzz India does not take any responsibility for them. Any damage to property or other’s belongings is to be borne by the guest themselves.
General Policy:
- 1. If a guest's behaviour is deemed inappropriate by the hostel, or if any inappropriate behaviour is brought to the hostel's attention, the hostel reserves the right to take action against the guest. Proper investigations will be undertaken to ensure fairness.
- 2. Self-service is encouraged wherever possible.
- 3. Non-resident guests are not allowed inside the rooms. If guests wish to invite someone, they may meet in the common areas. The hostel reserves the right to refuse admission.
- 4. Guests are responsible for their own belongings stored in the lockers. The hostel is not responsible for any lost or damaged items stored in the lockers.
- 5. All our hostels are CCTV enabled for safety, security, and audits.
- 6. All our hostels have dedicated smoking areas. Smoking inside the dorms and private rooms is strictly prohibited.
- 7. In order to secure your reservation, we require a 100% prepayment of the total cost of your stay. Please note that failure to make the prepayment by the deadline may result in cancellation of your reservation.
- 8. Extra mattresses shall be provided at the time of check-in at an extra cost, at all our hostels. It will be subject to availability until the time of check-in.
- 9. Certain policies shall be location, season, or time-specific and shall be communicated exclusively at the time of booking or check-in.
- 10. ArtBuzz India may reach out to the guest for offers, discounts, feedback, and other promotional matters via emails.
- 11. Any meal is not included in the room rate and will be charged separately at the property.
- 12. Extra mattress: Rs.600 (Inclusive of taxes) (per night) will be charged for an extra bed/mattress.
- Please Note: 1. Extra bed/mattress will be subject to availability until the time of check-in. 2. Charges will not apply during peak dates, including public holidays, festival periods, and other high-demand periods determined by the management.
Co-Working Policies
Membership Agreement:
- 1. The membership type is a 1-month membership, and you can renew it when the previous one ends.
- 2. The membership will be automatically renewed on a monthly basis.
- 3. If a member wishes to cancel their membership for the next month, they must provide written notice to ArtBuzz at least 15 days prior to the end of the current month.
- 4. The member has been requested to pay the monthly membership fee before the 10th of every month.
- 5. If you delay the late payment by 7 days, it may lead to access suspension, or a late payment fee of Rs. 200 per day will be charged.
- 6. Please note that if you are unavailable for a specific number of days within a month, those days will not be adjusted in the following month.
- 7. ArtBuzz Membership agreement, which you signed at the start of your membership, will remain the same if you extend your membership until your last day of membership.
General Policy:
- 1. We are operational from Monday to Saturday, and our official hours of operation are from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
- 2. Please show consideration for fellow members by keeping noise levels low in the co-working area.
- 3. Shared areas such as common areas are intended for the use of all members.
- 4. Please remember to clean up after yourself and be considerate of others.
- 5. Meeting rooms are available for reservation. We recommend booking in advance and notifying our studio manager about your preferred timing. However, if you require a meeting room on the spot, it will be subject to availability.
- 6. High-speed Wi-Fi is provided for all members.
- 7. Treat all members with respect and professionalism.
- 8. Discrimination, harassment, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
- 9. ArtBuzz India is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal property.
- 10. Surveillance cameras are in use for security.
- 11. Please report any security concerns or issues to the staff.
- 12. Minors under the age of 18 are not permitted in any of our co-working spaces.
Daily Pass Policy:
- 1. Free beverages (tea or coffee) are not included with Daily Pass Reservations.
- 2. Members can bring guests to the studio for up to two hours; after this period, we will charge a daily pass fee for the guest.
- 3. Guests must sign in at the front desk and adhere to the space policies.
Mail and Package Handling:
- 1. Members can have mail and packages delivered to the space.
- 2. Packages are securely stored until they are picked up.
Event Policies
Payment Terms:
- 1. To secure your reservation, we require a deposit of INR 3,000 or 50% in advance (as discussed with our manager), which is non-refundable and should be paid at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be settled immediately after the workshop.
- 2. For the event, there should be a minimum cost of INR 5000 or at least 15 attendees; otherwise, the remaining cost will be applicable.
Cancellation Policy:
- 1. All cancellations made at least 7 days before the scheduled event date are eligible for a 100% refund. If cancellations occur within 7 days of the scheduled event date, no refund will be provided, and a 100% cancellation charge will apply.
- 2. Guests can modify their reservations free of charge up to 7 days prior to the scheduled event date.
- 3. Please note that event modifications are allowed only once, and refunds will be processed within 7 working days.
- 4. Any cancellation requests should be directed to our central team. To cancel your event, please contact them at info@artbuzz.in.
General Policy:
- 1. Smoking and the use of illegal substances are strictly prohibited on our premises.
- 2. Guests are expected to respect the property and maintain cleanliness throughout the event.
- 3. The organizer will be held responsible for any damage to the venue or its equipment caused by negligence.
- 4. While ArtBuzz takes every precaution to ensure the safety of our guests and their belongings, we shall not be held liable for any loss, theft, damage, or injury incurred during the workshop.
- 5. The organizer is responsible for ensuring that all activities during the workshop are in compliance with local laws and regulations.
- 6. The organizer is responsible for complying with all government policies applicable to the event space and cafeteria, obtaining the necessary approvals and licenses as required by applicable laws.
